We have obtained your personal data through your previous relationship with CMS People, or through your current relationship with our company, either as an event attendee, sponsor, speaker, moderator, or as a participant in one of our congresses, webinars, or because you have requested that we send you information about our activities, forums and congresses.

The data we will process for the legitimate purposes explained below are the following:

  • * Personal email (if you have given it to us for your contact)
  • * Company name

  • * Cell phone number (if you have provided it for your contact)


For which purposes do we process your personal data?

To inform you about our events, webinars, forums and congresses, and specifically:

  • * To send you information about the events that CMS People organizes by email.
  • * To inform you promptly about new developments and relevant news in the sectors and industries in which we operate. Information of our own or elaborated by third parties.
  • * Send you by email your digital badge, access keys, and/or other information of the events in which you participate.
  • * Inform you by email or telephone of changes that may have our scheduled events.
  • * Invite you to be part of the content agenda of an event, forum or congress as a speaker or moderator.
  • * Information about the company, its activities, contests, products, services, offers, special promotions, as well as documentation of diverse nature.
  • * Invite you to be part of our events, forums and congresses as a sponsor.

In addition, we also process your data to send, including by electronic means, promotional communications about activities, campaigns and initiatives of a similar nature to those in which you have previously participated.


Why may we process your personal data?

The processing of your personal data related to the maintenance of your relationship with CMS People as an attendee, speaker or sponsor, is legitimate as it is necessary to comply with the obligations arising from the organization of our events.
The processing of your personal data to send promotional information about CMS People activities, webinars, forums and congresses similar to those in which you have participated, responds to a legitimate interest of our company and is authorized by the regulations in force.


When and for what reason may we provide your data to third parties?

The data provided are exclusively: Name and surname, company, position and professional mail. You can access the list of assignee companies on the Web Site of each event.
  • * In the event that you participate as a speaker, speaker or moderator in order to coordinate everything related to your participation with the CMS People team and other speakers.

Data usage policies

All attendees at CMS People events have access to their profile in CMS Authenticator where personal data can be managed, all this information is part of the CMS People database.
Information will be used for email marketing promotions of CMS People products. If you dont want to receive these emails, unsubscribe from your CMS Authenticator profile or from the footer of an email
